A vendor relationship fit to your requirements
Kelly IT Resources® provides workforce solutions beyond staffing. We can help you maintain a program that adds value to your company in many ways: reducing the number of staffing suppliers, reducing or eliminating 1099 and Corp-to-Corp risks, providing consistent bill rates, as well as providing audits for any minimum insurance requirements. Our flexible options ensure you get what you need out of the relationship.
Master Vendor Relationship
- 100% of all agreed orders are filled through Kelly IT Resources, and we guarantee 100% fulfillment in turn
- Kelly IT Resources maintains the first right to fill orders, and responsibility to engage other suppliers as needed to ensure the timely fulfillment of niche, hard-to-fill or high-volume orders
- You designate a sponsor to endorse Kelly IT Resources and ensure end-user compliance
- Kelly IT Resources engages and manages secondary suppliers in a timely manner, and for calling out orders appropriately to ensure that your needs are met
Primary Vendor Relationship
- Centralized billing is one of the many benefits associated with programs that utilize a primary vendor relationship.
- In this relationship, Kelly IT Resources is your only approved national staffing vendor, inferring a mandated relationship with some exceptions, as per your definition
- Kelly IT Resources typically maintains the first right to fill orders
- Exceptions may include the use of other services by specified locations and/or end users - which may take orders from and/or bill you directly, at your request
Approved Vendor Relationship
- Kelly IT Resources serves as one of several vendors approved to provide service at the discretion of your ordering source – to include different individuals, departments, divisions or sites in your company
- The success of this relationship is based on the value and confidence of local service delivery, rather than a need for consistency or the leveraged use of volume services
Supplier Consortium
- A consortium is a legal entity formed by a group of potential customers in order to leverage the purchase of similar commodities or services
- With respect to staffing services, some consortiums mandate the use of only one supplier, while others may allow several
